If you’ve logged onto our website during the past few weeks you may have noticed changes being made to the product and treatment information of our pages. These changes, which are still on going, have been made to increase both the overall conversion and bounce rates of our website. We have been able to see the impact of these changes already, with both these rates drastically improved which should help to increase the number of visitors you send to convert which should inturn benifit all of our pharmacy affiliates. The changes are not yet complete, however this process should take approximately a week or so to finalise and we hope that you will see a similar increase in your sales as we have seen in our own.

Starting this coming Monday the 4th of August, we will be offering extended hours of customer service from 7am to 11pm GMT. This move has come from a relatively high demand for it from our own customer base, allowing us to close and chase leads that you send to our site as soon as possible making sure that you never miss out on a potential sale. This extension will also apply to the weekend, with customer support starting initially on Saturday and eventually to Sunday within the first few weeks. This support will initially be limited to queries raised via our live chat service, but it is hoped that if this prooves as sucessful as we have anticipated that this support will grow to include both telephone and multi-lingual support.

At HealthExpress we have decided recently to reward our loyal affiliates for all of their continued hard work by increasing our base commissions to 13%. This increase in commission is already in effect for both our Affiliate Future and Webgains affiliates.

To take advantage of this increase in commissions on the HealthExpress Affiliate Program you don’t have to do anything, as this change will be made automatically meaning that all of the sales you make from today’s date will be at this new and higher commission rate.
